ABOUT NATIONAL STAKEHOLDER MEETINGS
The objective of this national consultation is to stimulate an inclusive whole-of-society and whole-of-government dialogue on the main themes of Stockholm+50 as they relate to the national context. This consultation space provides a virtual platform for ideas, insights, and innovation.
We held our first consultation in Amman, Jordan where private sector, academia, members of government and press gave their input on on how to ensure a sustainable future for Jordan!
Watch our second national consultation held in Aqaba, Jordan with organisations, local communities, and civil society actors in Aqaba!
The third consultation was held on the 11th of May at 9:00 a.m. Jordan time in Ajloun. It proved to be a fruitful experience were local community members had the opportunity to express worldly suggestions and concerns for members of the MoEnv, amongst other national actors, to hear.

The focus group for Youth and People with disabilities provided an in-person and virtual platforms for ideas, insights, and innovation that build a shared global vision, offers clear recommendations, amplify marginal voices and influence national and global debates.
Watch the entire focus group discussion session as live streamed on the UNDP Jordan Facebook page. The session was a great opportunity to hear the valid concerns and fruitful input of PWD and youth (from university students to activists in the community).
