Stay tuned for updates from each of your Community Managers. Through a refreshed SparkBlue space and growing Knowledge Centre we want to make it easier for you to find knowledge resources and learning opportunities, so you can focus on the content and connections that matter to you.

Our Communities of Practice will also lead the implementation of a corporate incentive framework for knowledge sharing. Using behavioral insights, the Framework seeks to understand what hinders and incentivizes knowledge sharing.

The research and design of the Incentive Framework kicked off at UNDP’s first knowledge collective in November 2022, and we’ve since opened it to anyone in UNDP that wanted to be part of a knowledge (r)evolution.
