Most of the Dialouges are based on experiences.Even when we construct future we always use the data we have[which is nothing but experience]
I have no experience about "Antarctica",when i thought migration and city construction may start there.I applied lgic in that novel,Diamond treasure islands of antarctica"
But societ ,will not come to terms easily,they have records ,of the number of waves of COVID in 1921.But they do not find it easy to accept.
We as the social developers have to face many uncertanities from the Humans it self,and so from the unknown.
