Kenya Post Stockholm+50 National Consultations on forest and land restoration

Between the 27^th and 28^th of October 2022, The Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MEF), together with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), hosted a debriefing session on the Stockholm+50 international meeting, which was held in Stockholm, Sweden, from 2^nd to 3^rd June 2022. The forum aimed to reflect on the key outcomes and to consult for an implementation roadmap of the 10-point agenda adopted during the international meeting in a national sustainable development context. Specifically, the planned session focused on forest and land restoration.

The session was attended by participants from the government, private sector, development partners, civil society, academia, women, and youth.
