BACKGROUND
UNDP and the Republic of Korea launched the global project “Ending Gender-based Violence and Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (2018-2022)”. Through a portfolio of pilots in seven countries – Bhutan, Indonesia, Iraq, Lebanon, Moldova, Peru and Uganda – the project is testing new tools and approaches to reduce GBV and intensify progress towards other development goals, such as economic empowerment, climate change and governance.
