6. The program made by government called Cesta-bazika is really helpful during the pandemic, because the government purchases a local product in big scales, even the local one not enough to answer the demand from the government. somehow the ministry sosial solidarity made a program who gives loan to the local commercial/business  to help survive in the pandemic. How to scale up..? It's the question we want to know,Well from my opinion we need to invest in agriculture special in rural area.but how..? We must focus on one municipality first one area first and then we can move on to others area examples the program we focus on Baukau on tirilolo sub-district first we invest in education of agriculture training of agriculture workshops of agriculture and we help them in fund and me must have someone who always Monitoring them weekly until it reaches the goal. When we do this consistently we can scale up in the area in full mass, and we can move to the others area such as baguia, laga and others when we successfully reach in one municipality we can move to the others. So we can more help the people in rural area to survive in the pandemic and I believe we can help in the future.

11.Green jobs are those types of jobs that contribute to preserve/restore environment, and are important to help e.g improve energy, protect and restore ecosystem, minimize waste and pollution, support adaptation to the effect of climate change.

Important "green" skills needed in our country e.g in the area of renewable energy, recycling and waste management, environmental protection, water conservation.

Both government and Business/enterprises need to invest in workforce training and learning courses to grow their green skills. Investing in clean energy could create more opportunities in green jobs. Establish policies and commitments to end  subsidies that harm nature( reduce products that are harmful and pollute the environment) can create more green jobs

Academia should consider to invest/improve more skills in sectors such as science, planning, agriculture and environmental
