LD3: Accelerating the implementation of the environmental dimension of sustainable development in the context of the decade of action and delivery for sustainable development:
- What are the biggest challenges we are facing in implementing the commitments to the 2030 Agenda and other environmental commitments (MEAs)? How do we create an enabling environment for delivery on the ground?
- What are the good practices and pathways that you would like to see scaled up to accelerate the implementation of the environmental dimension of Sustainable Development in the context, of the Decade of Action?
- How to transform governance and legal systems that maintain long-term economic stability and ecological and social wellbeing for all?
- What measures are needed to align public, private and development finance with existing commitments and priorities?
- What type of partnerships from the UN and beyond are needed to accelerate a green and sustainable economic transformation that leaves no one behind?
- What capacities and technologies are needed to improve human wellbeing in harmony with nature? nature?

Как Вы считаете, разъяснительную работу должен вести кто? Какой-то госорган, школы/университеты, местные НПО или международные организации?
Какие формы информирования, на Ваш взгляд, эффективнее донесут до граждан и руководителей такую информацию?
По второму пункту Вашего ответа. Как Вы думаете, почему энергоэффективные технологии внедряются неактивно и в промышленности, и в других сферах, включая домохозяйства в Казахстане?
14. Убежден, что достижение ЦУР странами, такими, как Казахстан - единственный правильный путь к развитию. Необходимо не только на уровне центральной власти отслеживать достижение задач ЦУР, опираясь на статистику. Крайне важно 1) закладывать ЦУР в систему государственного планирования и государственного управления, 2) переводить на ЦУР аналогичные системы по всем регионам, 3) готовить и представлять отчеты по ЦУР в региональном разрезе с соответствующим рэнкингом.
ЦУР - это новый язык общественного договора, уникальный и понятный всем стейкхолдерам. Группой энтузиастов (профессионалов с большим опытом) самостоятельно разработана методика по формированию цифровых библиотек ЦУР-госплан-госуправление. Ссылка на короткую видео презентацию:
