🔍What is this group?
The Praia Group on Governance Statistics is a global platform dedicated to developing international standards and methodologies for measuring key governance dimensions.
🌍Established in 2015 by the United Nations Statistical Commission, the group addresses critical gaps in governance statistics, a field that remains underdeveloped compared to economic and social statistics.
🛠️What do we do?
This restricted space is designed for task team members and key stakeholders to:
- 📁Exchange documents and collaborate on methodological developments.
- Share updates on ongoing work related to the two Task Teams on:
🔹Non-Discrimination and Equality
🔹Political Participation - 💬 Facilitate discussions on governance data collection, testing, and implementation.
🔐Access is limited to Praia Group members actively engaged in these initiatives.
