Meeting Objectives

  1. To get an update on the implementation of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) and United Nations Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) including key achievements, barriers and gaps
  2. To match RNR Sector objectives with SDGs: SDG Dashboard Review
  3. To define Bhutan 2050: Desired Destination of the RNR Sector
  4. To develop Roadmap 2050: The road to Bhutan 2050 (Key strategies, interventions and support required)
  5. To formulate key messages for the Stockholm+50 Conference.
