After six editions organized between 2014 and 2019, the Dakar Forum has become an annual meeting awaited by leaders and international actors involved in Africa's development. Initiated under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Senegal, H.E. Macky SALL, the next edition of the Forum will take place in a singular context as the COVID-19 pandemic continues. For African States, committed with Agenda 2063 to ensure the stability and security of the continent, this pandemic is perceived as a revelation and a gas pedal of the fragilities and multiple challenges they must face together.
