This Policy brief is developed by the CBO Mist LGBTQ under the UNDP supported SCALE initiative project Uniting Diversity - Shaping the Future of Legal Equality for LGBTQIA+ in India. The report highlights the findings of stakeholder consultations and engagement on the key issues and challenges faced by the LGBTQI+ communities in India and provides recommendations for addressing them. This document can be used by Policy makers, academia and all stakeholders as a reference in their work for the welfare of the LGBTQI+ communities.
