The Strategic Innovation Clinic Series 2022 is a series of conversations and hands-on clinics organized by the UNDP Strategic Innovation Unit with external experts and internal practitioners exploring different elements of a portfolio approach – moving beyond sectoral challenges for opportunities for transformative change.
The first round of conversations organized between 21-29 March 2022 brought together over 1,200 participants and consisted of 1 panel discussion open to the public and 7 internal clinics with UNDP colleagues exploring what it means to move “from theory to practice” unpacking different elements of portfolio practice and what it all means for Country Offices and regional programmes.

The Strategic Innovation Clinic Series will continue in May 2022 with at least three more exciting conversations:
