The Partnership for Action on Green Economy (PAGE) has released a new knowledge product highlighting how South‑South and Triangular Cooperation is being applied in practice to advance inclusive green, circular and job‑rich economies.
The publication brings together ten PAGE‑facilitated case studies from Africa, Asia, Latin America and global platforms, showcasing a range of South‑South and Triangular Cooperation modalities, including regional and global academies, training series, peer‑learning and knowledge labs, bilateral exchanges, and South‑South policy dialogue platforms. These experiences focus on key policy priorities such as financing just transitions, green and resilient finance, circular economy strategies, green industrial development, and institutional capacity‑building.
Together, the case studies demonstrate how sustained peer learning and collaborative exchange can support country‑driven, context‑specific solutions, strengthen regional cooperation, and translate shared experience into concrete policy action. The publication also synthesizes key findings and forward‑looking recommendations, offering insights to help policymakers, development practitioners and UN entities design and scale more effective South‑South and Triangular Cooperation approaches in support of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the Paris Agreement, and the Kunming‑Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.
