The Lead Service Line Replacement Cost Calculator (LSLRCC) is a free, UNEP-recognized, multilingual planning tool that helps municipalities, Tribal governments, and partners model lead service line replacements, identify funding pathways, advance compliance with the Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI), and plan equitable, climate-resilient drinking water infrastructure.
Since April 2025, it has been used to model over US $3 billion in replacement projects based on anonymous analytics. The LSLRCC advances SDGs 3, 6, 10, 11, and 13 by integrating environmental health, finance, and climate-adaptive infrastructure planning.
