UNDP’s Strategic Plan needs to come to life in 170 countries and territories, including through knowledge generation and sharing. This is not an academic exercise. It is about establishing the right systems, incentives, culture, and re- sources to move the needle on the 2030 Agenda.

The knowledge management (KM) strategy ad- vances an approach to knowledge that embeds development impact with a sense of purpose. This approach to knowledge management is both quantitative and qualitative, collabora- tion-based and curiosity driven. Designed in the third year of the COVID pandemic, this strategy reflects our learning as an organization, and crit- ical role of knowledge-based coalitions to drive change.
