What is this group?
This group brings together UNDP staff involved in or interested in collecting survey data. It serves as a platform for sharing experiences, discussing best practices, and addressing challenges related to survey implementation across different contexts.
What do we do?
- Exchange insights on technical aspects of survey design, data collection, and analysis.
- Highlight experiences from country offices on survey implementation.
- Facilitate discussions on collaborations with national statistical agencies, ensuring data quality and alignment with official statistics.
- Address challenges related to sampling, data representativeness, ethics, and digital survey tools.
We welcome inputs from all UNDP colleagues working on survey-based research or planning new data collection efforts.
