Nino ZautashviliMs. Nino Zautashvili is the author and host of the social space tv show "Real Space" at the Georgian Public Broadcaster. Nino is working in the broadcasting field for many years and is the main producer and host of various educational talk shows. She was awarded the Joshua Friedman Prize and the GIPA Prize for Best Journalistic Work (Real Space). Environmental and social problems, as well as advocating for gender equality and covering women's issues are especially relevant in Nino's work. Nino was awarded the Charter of Journalistic Ethics and the UNICEF Prize for in-depth and ethical coverage of children-related topics. Nino graduated from Shota Rustaveli State Theater Institute with a degree in Drama Theater and Film Actress.

 

 

Ms. Sesili Verdzadze Ms. Sesili Verdzadze is a Head of Solutions Mapping at UNDP Georgia Accelerator Lab. She applies ethnographic and sociological methods to study community dynamics, identify and work with lead users, and capture bottom-up solutions to design policies.

Sesili has 8 years of experience in the introduction of innovative approaches across the government. She was the head of the single government innovations lab ServiceLab housed under the Ministry of Justice. Her work focuses on bringing the user-centred design in public service development and delivery by incorporating innovative methodologies such as Design Thinking, Behavioral Insights, Foresight and Reverse Engineering into policymaking.

Sesili is a Master of Public Administration and Management from the University College London (UCL).  Her academic work focuses on the diffusion of innovations within different governments, analyzing the role of innovation units and progress achieved through placing the innovation teams in different positions within or outside the governments
