In the Global South, a skills and employment matchmaking platform such as NISE facilitates job opportunities, bridges skills gaps, empowers marginalized communities, and fosters economic growth through data-driven insights and inclusive connections. It has been successfully replicated in Jordan and Somalia and in the process of more such replications.
