National Consultations for the Stockholm+50 initiative started today, 30 March 2022 at the University of Mauritius! This was an opportunity for students and staff of the University to share their thoughts and work towards identifying solutions to improve the health of our planet.

This event is part of a series of consultations that will be organised by the UNDP, in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment, Solid Waste Management and Climate Change, and other stakeholders in the coming weeks. The aim of these events is to create a socially inclusive dialogue on what can be done to create a healthier relationship between humans and the planet. Insights and data from these conversations will be included in a report to be submitted to the Stockholm +50 Global Event.

Stay tuned for more updates!
