The SCALE Initiative held a call for submissions in March to hear directly from people living with HIV and other key populations in PEPFAR-supported countries. Select speakers will share their experiences in conversation with other community leaders and stakeholders in the region, identifying good practices and opportunities to scale up critical work countering discriminatory laws and HIV-related criminalization. The Africa conversation is part of a series of dialogues that are taking place this week, with conversations also taking place in Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia and the Pacific and Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

L'initiative SCALE a lancé un appel à soumission en mars afin d'entendre directement des personnes vivant avec le VIH et d'autres populations clés dans les pays soutenus par le PEPFAR. Les intervenants sélectionnés partageront leurs expériences avec d'autres dirigeants communautaires et parties prenantes de la région, en identifiant les bonnes pratiques et les possibilités d'intensifier le travail essentiel de lutte contre les lois discriminatoires et la criminalisation liée au VIH.
