The space is part of Internal consultation to discuss what NECOC can do to reimagine knowledge management and strengthen culture and systems for knowledge management.

Below are the five main questions we want to ask:

    1. What approaches, principles and processes have best served your knowledge needs? (please provide examples of your best practices if possible)
    2. How can NECOC personnel be better supported and encouraged to focus on quality knowledge generation and knowledge management?
    3. What are the most pressing knowledge management questions in your area of work? What do you need to know and what do you need others to know to accelerate progress?
    4. What are the key challenges faced by NECOC to improve flow and sharing quality knowledge on Disasters and emergencies in general and COVID -19 Control and recovery among multi-stakeholders at different levels to improve strategic planning and decision making generation and knowledge management?
    5. What opportunities may we capitalize to make  NECOC improve the flow and sharing of quality knowledge on Disasters and emergencies in general, and COVID -19 Control and recovery in Uganda?
