Ready to take your career to the next level? Join us on Tuesday, March 14, for the next edition of THE DIGITAL HOUR with Pierre Noel, Imrah Mughal from the Talent Development Team Unit and Yrika Maritz from the Accelerator Lab Network.
This session will focus on getting to know two digitally-enabled opportunities - the Fuel50 Platform and the Virtual Development Assignment Programme (VDAP) - and how they can enhance your career development at UNDP.
Fuel50 is a Career Experience Platform that helps UNDP personnel find a mentor or a virtual assignment, create personalized career pathways and learning journeys within the organization. Powered by Artificial Intelligence, it offers a set of tools to build your unique career DNA by personalizing talents, skills, values, agility and fit.
The VDAP is an experimental short-term virtual assignment which allows UNDP personnel to engage in on-the-job learning through working on a UNDP project outside their country office or bureau for 5 to 6 hours per week, for 4 months. Any UNDP project which can be supported remotely can be a VDAP project.
