A compendium of summarized case law involving tuberculosis, human rights and law from domestic and regional jurisdictions, to support lawyers, jurists and members of the medical community to mobilise the use of human rights and the law to combat tuberculosis. The compendium is arranged in thematic issues, such as access to testing and treatment, immigration and asylum to torture and discrimination, illustrating the international scope of legal issues involved and providing insights in how cases have been adjudicated in various jurisdictions.
