The purpose of the "Guide for Integrated Planning in Africa to Mainstream the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the African Union's Agenda 2063, Climate Change/ Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)" is to support government staff in charge of developing National Development Plans, as well as relevant stakeholders who are engaged in the integrated planning process in the African continent.
The Guide provides tools, help, step-by-step guidance and cases that demonstrate good practices. It was developed by the UN Development Programme (UNDP), African Development Bank (AfDB), African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD), and UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA).
