The Environmental Governance Programme (EGP) is a partnership between UNDP and the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. The EGP supports 10 resource-rich countries to integrate environment and human rights into the governance of the mining sector. Programme countries include Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Mongolia, Namibia, Peru and Zambia.
The EGP is fully funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
