Integrated Approaches for the SDGs
Integrated approaches can help tackle the complex challenges we are facing as a society, including sustainable development, climate change and pandemics like Covid-19. The UNSDG Task Team on Integrated Policy Support aims to strengthen and coordinate such integrated approaches and inter-agency thinking and support towards the SDGs. On the margins of the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, UNICEF and UNDP jointly launched an e-learning course, developed under the Task Team, to equip UN staff members with a common understanding of the UNSDG MAPS approach on SDG mainstreaming, acceleration and policy support.
As a companion resource to the MAPS E-course, this knowledge sharing platform by the Task Team aims to facilitate an exchange of learning and practices on integrated approaches to accelerate progress toward the SDGs. It brings together a network of experts across the UN system and among Member States and partners who have taken the MAPS E-course and are mobilized to support UN Country Teams and Member States on integrated approaches to implementing the SDGs.
Stay tuned to this website for information about e-learning courses, toolkits, discussion groups, webinars and podcasts on integrated approaches for the SDGs.
